Build Explanation:

With this build Super Saiyan 2 Kefla becomes an aggressive AoE fighter who turns Vanishing Step into constant damage uptime and nonstop re-positioning. Lightning Swift is the core, adding extra energy damage to every enemy you hit within 2 seconds after Vanishing Step, so each Step becomes a burst window that rewards diving into groups and tagging multiple targets fast. Giant Slayer boosts your opener by giving scaling damage when you strike enemies above 80% HP, letting Kefla chunk fresh targets as soon as she steps in. Limit-Breaking Jump makes the loop even more aggressive by giving you an extra Vanishing Step during cooldown, and combined with Kefla’s basic-attack Step resets you can chain pressure back-to-back: Step in, spread AoE, weave base hits to refresh Step, then Step again to reposition and hit the next cluster before they can punish.
