Build Explanation

With this build Goku SSJ3 becomes a versatile powerhouse who can adapt to any situation on the battlefield. Build Up stacks all defenses through KOs and NPC assists, making him progressively tankier the longer the fight goes on (swap to Super Snowball when you need to have more dmg for more aggressive plays). Giant Slayer amplifies damage against high-HP targets, ensuring he can shred through enemy from the start of the fight, (while Prepare to Die! is the situational choice for securing kills on low-HP enemies) For defense, Limit-Breaking Jump lets him use Vanishing Step again during cooldown for more aggressive engages. World King increases his already high damage output, while Elder Supreme Kai offers a faster skill rotation.
