Build Explanation

This build focuses on making Cell (Perfect Form) as durable as possible during extended fights. Build Up gradually increases all defenses through KOs and assists on enemy NPCs, allowing him to become tougher as the match progresses. Steel Skin further reduces damage taken from enemy Heroes (with Giant Slayer and Prepare To Die! as both valid alternatives for more damage output), while Defense Step adds extra damage reduction after using Vanishing Step, overall, the build greatly improves survivability and makes it much easier to stay on the frontline and absorb pressure for the team.
