Build Explanation

With this build Vegeta SSJ4 becomes an unyielding brawler who can trade blows with anyone and come out on top. Build Up stacks all defenses through KOs and NPC assists, turning him into a walking fortress as the match progresses. Steel Skin reduces incoming damage per hit, making him incredibly resilient against multi-hit characters and fast attackers. Defense Step adds another layer of survivability after every Vanishing Step, letting him engage and disengage without fear. Dende keeps his health topped off and boosts recovery from skills, ensuring Vegeta can stay in the fight indefinitely.
