Build Explanation

This build allow Dabura to be an oppressive frontliner, Build Up scales his defense as the he clears NPCs, (with Super Snowball as the aggressive core alternative.) Prepare To Die! turns his surprise strikes on wounded foes into executions: extra damage on targets at 50% or less HP, boosted if he remains the focus for at least 2 seconds. Defense Step protects his bursts between vanishes, (and Pursuer is the situational that locks down the targets he just shredded.) World King powers the execution windows, with Elder Supreme Kai ready for the faster cooldown cycles.
